    Default 1995 Ls Civic question.

First off, I'm puzzled. I have went through Mitchell on Demand and personal experience with no luck. I have a 95 ex civic with a LS swap.

Problem: Car runs good. Only, when cold start, it has to spins over for a couple seconds before it starts. Then it lumps to idle like it almost does not have good fuel supply or bad compression. Like it feels like a car running on 3 cylinders but quickly clears up. Any other time other than a cold start on my way to work or way home after it sits for quite a few hours, it starts fine with NO problem and on first spin. The motor runs a tad rich due to o2 sensor is not plugged in. I haven't got the chance to extend it to fit with the type r header. But, I doubt that has anything to due with my problem. Then somtimes, it wants to idle high. Not idle jump, just as I come to a stop light, it idles at 1500 and stays constantly there. Then sometimes it doesn't.

Things I've done: I replaced Coolant temp sensor, thermostat, fresh tune-up, cleaned IACV, Fuel service, Fuel filter, etc. Normal routine stuff. I have looked into Fuel pressure and compression, both are up to par.

I'm out of idea's. Only check engine code is for the o2 sensor and its a p28.

    Thanks in advance.
