    Ok I'll give you my secrets. Find an address for apartment complex, then make a fake lease then go to the title office off hapeville rd and change title in your name with address from another county. Then gonto that county and get a tag. They dont ask for proof of residence then. I've had my car registered in hall county for 5 years with a made up address. You just don't get a bill everyyear.
