umm how can i explain it, rolling can be used in two different ways:
1. you cut the fender off of another car or fender style you like and it is then bolted/welded on and made sleek to give it a wider look that allows for wider rims and also if you choose to tuck your run under the fenders
2. it sorta like a press that you slowly roll the fender at the same time that you heat it, so it will expand the metal and allow it to bend out wider. this process can cause paint to chip or crack if done too quickly or inappropriately.
