If you want to believe the players, this is growing completely out of proportion. To be honest, I actually believe the players in this one. A few hundred dollars in a pot for big plays.

I really don't think they were going out to hurt other players. The simple reason ia that because of all of the player movement in the NFL. Player A from the saints hurts player B from the Falcons. Player C, who plays for the Falcons and used to play for the Saints, knows about the bounty system and retaliates against Brees.

I don't think that they were necessarily out to hurt other players, I'm just talking about how far up it's going to go. I was reading yesterday that the NFL has emails between Reggie Bush former marketing agent Michael Ornstein and Sean Payton talking about the bounty program. I'm thinking that's where it's going to start getting ugly.
