    Default FT: 1997 Civic CX

    ALL THE REQUIRED INFO IS THERE. WHY IS THIS THREAD CONSTANTLY TAKEN DOWN? WOULD BE GREAT TO RECEIVE A PM STATING WHAT IS EXACTLY WRONG SO I CAN QUIT COPYING AND PASTING THE THREAD.

    Trades: Just about anything RWD. Really wanting an MR2

    Title. Clean Alabama Title.

    Location: Dothan Al, willing to travel.

    Good:
    Fresh paint
    Crackless dash
    Engine runs smooth
    Transmission has no grinds


    Bad:
    Idles low at time
    No A/C but has the components
    No PS
    Small dings here and there. Hardly noticeable.
    Could use new carpet

    Note: I bought the car with the swap already done.

    Well that's nice of them because I had the same problem a while back and they wouldn't let me post mine at all. I guess its all about who you know. Good luck with the sell...

    I did discuss it with a few mods but it didn't do any good, It was a while ago so I already sold the car. Sorry to clutter your thread but was just letting you know why your thread was being deleted

    When a tranny vin is removed usally means tranny stolen. I bet the vim is missing from motor also.block codes don't mean anything.

    Ok. I will take a gander. I traded for the car about 8 months ago so I new nothing about Hondas. I never really cared for them. I am acquainted with Toyota, BMW, and Nissan. Thus I was ignorant about the VIN plates. All I knew was the block code, thus the idea of the missing VIN on the transmission had not caught my attention.
