    I thought my swapped high mileage hatch was impressive. Actually i showed it to this repair shop owner in downtown the he was so impressed by the attention to detail. He kept giving compliments....and just appreciated the dedication. It's the tiny stuff that many will not notice unless i explained all of it. OG Skinny has actually seen it and maybe able to speak to its thoroughness, lol. OEM correctness of course with a touch of aftermarket.

    Anyway, what an impressive volvo and dare i say original paint? Only rebuilt twice. How did he avoid never getting it totaled in 40yrs. Def some things can be learned from this guy.

    A complete teardown, all new OEM 99% resto lol. DD hatch with 360K, still looks like pic down below, minty, lol.



    This piston looked like the right, after we performed some magic too it. Honestly i couldn't believe it how clean it turned out.


    Extending wires, solder, heat shrink, and wire loom. A top notch factory like install.

    I Love it! This is what a engine swap is supost to look like! a/c p/s like it came from honda! Also a 360k cluster pic would not hurt this thread!
