    Default New Toy

Got a Honda Shadow 600 yesterday, I've always had crotch rockets so figured I would give a cruiser a shot. So far it's awesome, wicked loud with the drag pipes on it, sounds mean.

Love these bikes. Wouldn't mind adding one to my collection.

It rides good but I'm just not as comfortable on it as I am on crotch rockets. I've rode my RC51 from Tampa to Atlanta, 501 miles and it was awesome, I think my lower back and arms would be killing me if I made the same trip on a cruiser.
This was my first cruiser, I wanted to see if I liked it but I now know that I don't. Gonna get another rocket. I like having the power to control traffic more or less.

Late last year I picked up an '03 Sportster 1200 after selling my GSX-R 600, and kinda felt the same way. Rode nicely, loud, felt badass, but at the same time it was uncomfortable and boring. Picked up another GSX-R and feels right at home!
