i have a test set up so if the test works with another pump ill know mine is bad. mine clicks like its priming but nothing comes out!

pump works but i think i need a main relay. thanks for that.
anyone got a OBD0 main relay? im only needing to borrow for a few minutes then im willing to buy or order myself one.
bought one from ebay and drove the civic around the block. some reason the engine sputters once it warms up.
i think i have 3 issues left;
1. electrical, fuel pump still has to be running off an ignition wire...
2. brakes, pedal to the floor
3. EVAP system, i think my hoses are routed wrong or bad or something.
ill take any advice and keep you posted on what happens next!
i gave up! i was able to trade someone with more patience for a 96 hatchback. now im off to tackle that project!
