    Well it depends on how you look at it.. The phrase "Cash In Hand" can be a very resourcefull tool when interested in someones item for sale.. When the phrase "Cash In Hand" is posted, it sort of puts the buyer at an advantage for he is likely to be contacted first.. Its also an advantage for the seller for he knows that the buyer will not try to tell you a story about how he gets paid on Friday and wants you to hold it for him or other bullshit like that.. nm ?
