The cel does not matter for the salvage inspection, But the srs light does it will not pass the georgia inspection with it on. do you have any idea why its on?

No sir, wasnt on when i first got it. A week or so later I was testing out some subs with the car on and there it was. Car wasnt being driven or anything, just parked with the ignition on.
