91 sedan d16z6 swap no cranking issue

Working on a wiring nightmare. 1991 civic sedan with 95 z6 swap. Obd0 to obd1 jumper harness. Wired the harness to distrubutor and injectors. Extended maf sensor wires, battery is new, distributor has new coil, but have not wired o2 sensor (primary o2 heater control) yet.

Wires we routed:
c1 to b10 and c2 to b12. ran black distributor wire to c2 and red to c1. On the injectors, ran red to a5 and black to a1.
Vtec pressure switch and solenoid have been wired.

At a standstill.. Need some real advice from people who have done this type of swap.
