no, from my experience if u let on that u like cars or all that . any time u want to go drive or something they'll be like " u spend too much time on ur car" " u love it more than me" " so you'd rather work on ur car than spend time with me?"

It usually wont come up in random conversation but eventually if I don't mention it I feel like I'm keeping a secret because I do put that much time and thought into it.
