i was a total fucking nerd... yes, i not only collected magic cards i had every card in multiples from unlimited to ice age, plus tons of alpha/beta... i spent shit loads of money playing that game and did some tournys then one day sold them all and now they are worth 100$ of dollars for the old shit i had *slaps head*

Yogui = Yu-Gi-Oh .... lol just to let you know...i COLLECTED EVERY type of card, basketball, baseball, football, pokemon (still have some very rare cards that are about 9 years old), sold all my Yu-Gi-Oh cards before the game got gay for $500 about 4 years ago, still have tons of old rare magic the gathering cards, lol know i am done to wipping ass in texas Hold'um and just basic poker!
Any of you guys ever heard of "Debtor's Prison", it's an extremely addictive gambling game. You lay out two cards and bet on the chances that the next card laid will be inbetween the first two cards (ranked by face value)

hahah i remember magic, i used to ahve some of those old cards, i got into to it right after beta came out i had tons of rare cards, i never bought specific cards tho, always just bought packs. and traded with friends. still ahve some in a box in my attic haha
saw they sell beginner level boxes with 2 booster packs now at walmart for like 8$ i was looking at one oen day and robin told me "dont go that far into nerdery" hahah
i must have been in 7th or 8th grade when they came out. damn im getting old

This game called "Presidents" shits on all those other games.. The funny thing is though aside from the freinds I usually play with no one else seems to have heard of this game..

Magic was the shit.. Shiven dragons.. omg multicolored decks.... i could go on forever.. i defintly loved that game... i still play really well when i played last..
i like poker, and "debtors prison" aka DP.
is presidents the game where if someone lays down three of a kind, you have to lay down a higher three of a kind, and if someone lays down a pair, you have to beat their pair, 2's are wild, etc, etc.? We call it asshole.

paul..im the same way...i still do have some magic cards..but i started playing when it first came out...started from alpha till mirage/tempest..dun rememba which one was the last one..but when i look at how much they are worth now..im like wtf...shouldn't have sold my cards long time ago

i vote other. i love 13...that game is pure mind game no matter what hand you have(for the most part)... then there's pokemon tcg from back in the day lol. when i was in middle school i played pokemon in a couple tournaments. still have the original basic set w00t. and the other few thousand that i didn't care about lol.
edit: i've noticed a couple different names for the same game: egyption rat groove, german rat screw, hell i've always heard it as egyptian rat screw lol. i'm pretty sure it's the same game. almost like war but there doubles involved, numbered cards are basically fluff, faces get you differnt amounts of cards to put down to try to get another face etc?

anyone remember this... my favorite card, i would use spells to tap creatures and destroy everything you pulled out... i was evil and annoying to play
i had all the moxes and black lotus juzzam djinn, etc etc etc..all high end cards
moxes where nice... i used to run a red/black deck nothing but dual lands, royal assasin, fireball, etc...

i use to go with black, blue, white...basically power 10 cards and lot of other shiet
any one ever played kings its a drinking game where each card has a different rule to it. most people never heard of it or have heard of it by other names..I also like spades...
I used to play Magic The Gathering back in middle/high school but sold all my cards just before graduation. The only thing I have left is my 7th Edition white deck and two near-mint Black Lotus cards in protectors in the family safe. I think they're from the BETA set. I don't remember.
I still play magic.
Other: Tetramaster from Final Fantasy VIII...not the one that comes with Final Fantasy XI... why is it so cool? because... you just have to play it to understand how its so cool... couldn't play it for money, though...not that type of game.
