Heater questions?

So the problem- blows air but it is slightly warm but not enough to call it heat. The valve at the heater core is bypassed so it isnt that. Heater core isnt clogged.. Someone help me out here, im out of things to try

It also has a thermostat and it functions properly, so it isnt that

the blend door in the heater box is probably stuck in the cool position, or the motor that moves it is bad.

time to pull the dash and have a look...

my question is what am i looking at

the doors are the upper right in the pic. i don't have an actual picture of what you are looking for. maybe someone else can chime in...

all this is on the passenger side behind the dash. where the heater core and evaporator are housed in the black plastic heater box.

i am assuming you have a civic.
