    than you take anything and smash them down.. but dont break them and fry them again to a slight crisp! salt as desired and eat the shit out of them!


    thats how i do it at least.. i know there are several other ways but this is fast ansd easy! just thought id share

    Good Walkthrough (the "spanish way"

    I slice mine though, i don't do the cut n mash method.

    witht the plantain laid downward, i cut it in half then slice horizontally.

    Hey, thats interesting. My mom just made the same thing, but using sweet potatoes instead. I never seen her cook this before. Its sooo good!
