    Default Straight ballin g37

So at the nissan meet today I managed to sneak away for a little while with quite possibly the sexiest g37 out there. I also tried a different method of editing. Shooting @ iso 1000-1600 with a 70-200 2.8 at a 1/40 SS is scary. I think they came out pretty good considering.

You need moar ISO big boi, lol. oh wait, nevermind D90 :p.

1/40th with 70-200VR isn't very scary unless you're on the tele end.

d90? I don't shoot nikon. I must be a nub because 1/40 is hard for me...I was chimping like a mofo

Yeah it was...although I tried to make use ot ambient light best I could...and also aperture was at 2.8-4.0 for all of these pics...

What camera where you shooting with?
And 1/40th isn't that scary at wide angle unless you don't have a tripod or steady hands.
But going telephoto with 1/40th is pretty scary, haha.

Saw your car at the Nissan Meet in Duluth, it's very clean. One of the nicest G's i've seen.

Well you did a great job
I'm surprised your images are that clean with such a high ISO.
I love my 5D Mark II, but she doesn't perform to my standards after 800 ISO.
Then again, you are shooting lighter images. Whites look better at higher ISOs than blacks.

Form what I hear the 5d mark 2 should be able to have usable images up to iso 6400. I actually upgraded from an entry level slr to the 50d just so I could use higher iso. Btw you can reduce noise a lot in pp. I can have usable images up to 2000 or so...3200 would require too much noise reduction

Why did I think you shot with a D90, hmmmmm. I think I confused you with someone else.

They're usable, but not very pretty if you're bumping up your ISO to shoot at night. Dark colors show more noise than lighter colors. That and I shoot RAW images, not JPEGS. They're more detailed.
