    Default EF idling problem

    hey yall i have an 89 hatch that im swapping to mpfi. the issue is that im using a y8 manifold and a eg throttle body, i was wondering if it will idle wierd or high considering theres no iacv, and ill be blocking off the cold idle thing

    yea it would, but to fix that problem is get i iacv and hook the coolant lines to it and plug it up and just let it hang behind the mani some where. fixed/

    idk i guess ill try it and see when the dizzy comes in, i think itll idle ok maybe but im not sure itll have a code i know but since my manifold doesnt even have the ports for that iacv i think itll run fine, the tps plugs in just fine and everything hooked up to a vaccum source has one, so i guess ill find out soon...
