up for sale is my full home gym, consisting of smith machine with full bench, attachments, weights etc... you can do anything with this setup from squats and legs with the machine or move the bench in for any chest, as well as biceps, has upper and lower cables to add attachmets so you can work out virtually every muscle. well over $1200 worth of stuff askin less than half asking $450. in like new condition barely used

Does the bar detach from the machine or is it like a nondetachable smith machine?

the bar is attached, but i had a loose 45lb bar as well. sold yesterday
