SC400 Door help!!

Just got a 1998 SC400, it's in awesome shape BUT the pass. door is stuck shut... I NEED HElP!! HOW DO I GET IT OPEN??!!??

The cable to the lock is connected, and the cable to the interior handle is connected but the one to the exterior handle and to the latch itself is not.

I can't remove the door panel, I'm lost on what to do!

Any help would be awesome, I have a 1 month old baby and a broken back so it's killing me going in from the drivers side, let alone my fiancee crawling in through the drivers side lol..
