Default cannot get these damn codes to go away.... suggestions?

ok, so i have two fu***** codes that will not disapear. 10 (tps sensor) and 21 (vtec spool valve). i just replaced my tps sensor, and that didnt work. it idles high for a second and then goes down to about 850 and idles fine. and then we come to 21....... its been there ever since i did my swap. vtec engages just like its suposed to. it does everything just like its supposed to. thats what has me baffled. its driving me crazy and i just want my car to not have any codes. please help me get the check engine light to go away!!!!

how is the vtec wired, is it a cut harness etc? and i think the tps sensor needs to be calibrated and you can find that on honda tech.
