fans wont turn when cranked;

well if i turn my ignition to acc they will turn on but if i actually crank my car my fans wont turn on?
any idea wat it could be, its driving me nuts not knowing?

the fans run when the engine is at operating temp and honestly i heard my fan for the first time in a year a few days ago, when you car gets to normal temp and you idle do they come on? someone may have wired them to a source that has power at all times so this means the fans should always be on.

if ur cars not over heatin or pass normal temp they shouldnt come on because the coolant is enough to keep the engine cool
some fans do come on when the car is on running but its not moving,since is doesnt have air flowing
but if it marks pass normal temp check your thermostat

if u are 110% its never coming on test the fan and the switch make sure they both work.

how long did u let it run at idle. did u test the switch
