Willumpb14 and I are moving into an apartment on Windward Parkway. We are looking for a 3rd roommate. Preferably some1 with a bike to ride with. (motorcycle...grown mans bike). You will be living with 3 dogs, 1 2 yr old Pit Bull and 2 10 week old Siberian Huskies. Washer and Dryer will be available, Direct TV is available, equipped with the fastest comcast internet, italian leather couches in living room, "big" screen tv, full surround sound with built in netflix/pandora/bluray + many other amenities.
it's a 3bdrm, 2 bath. 2nd bthrm has 2 sinks so u don't have to share. 1400+ sq ft. terrace level BUT we get to walk straight in, none of that down the stairs bullshit.
Rent is $350
Utilities will be split 3 ways
everything is split down the middle
requirements:
MUST have a job
MUST love animals
Do your own dishes
Clean up after yourself (your room is your room, do what u want in there)
