Ok.....Why can't I respond to threads?
So I've got maybe what... a few posts in my history...but why am I unable to respond to threads? What if someone like me, supposedly have information of a stolen car and needed to make a post immediately....what would one do?
Where am I allowed to post? Where am I not allowed to? What number constitutes me as being able to post?

The thread with the forum rules needs to be put in bold and made some bright ass color so new people cant miss it. Maybe even take them to it as soon as they make a screen name and require they stay on the page for a while before proceeding.

The way the statement was written, it makes it seem as if you need either 100 reps and 30 days registration (OR) <<< keyword or 20 posts

nothing to bump it is saying you must be here 30 days or more and have at the least 100 reps OR 20post which ever should come first one or the other....you you have over 20post so now you have to get over +100 reps to get access...
You are in the red so not a good start if you wanna get more access to your account.

That is the way it should be written.....I'm not here to bash on whoever wrote that statement, but that person should've put an effort so that people like me can understand

So I know I may come off dumb for asking, but I don't think I can get 100 reps or anything like that, and I still can't get to edit my profile info or change my sig or even post in the whoreslounge or anywhere else for that matters , except the general areas.
Soooo....what I'm asking is.....well....maybe begging would be better worded....I'm begging, yes I said it. I'm begging to maybe, just maybe, have a mod or admin enable me access so I can do the herein stated privileges recently stated.
