    Default replacing valve stem seals?

Just wondering about how much is the usual price to get the valve stem seals changed? and is it something that could be done without taking it to a machine shop? Its a gsr head.

    Thanks for any input

Yeah you do need couple special tools to do this. Just let someone who knows what there doing do this job. Not really a DYI for amateurs.

well it really comes down to how the amateur thinks, some amateurs are pretty darn smart and quick learning... and others are like rocks

Well I found the DIY and it seems like its a pretty simple process. The hardest part seems to be putting the keepers back in after the seal is replaced. http://www.honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=1604753
