put the mouse over the pic you want, right click, then click on save picture as and then tell it what place you want to save it to.
hold down ALT and then tap F4 many times QUICKLY and then hit enter...

^^^ atl+F4 is a great method, I use it alot, but rarley do i use it to save pics

Ctrl & Prt Scr works too if you haven't figured out the right click save as thing.

Ok..guys,I found a way to do it..........
I just downloaded "Mozilla firefox" and then I am saving pictures from there.....
