Default civic not getting fuel 94 cx

ok so i went to work the car was driving fine.. and when i get off i go to crank my car and all it does is spin over.. its not getting any fuel. then i replaced the fuel pump.. still not getting power.. so i get my main relay re-soldered it put it back in... no power... then i was told if i jump pin 5 to pin 7 with a fuse then it would act as its own relay.. but still no power.. can anyone help me?

get a main relay that works and try it. the main has "most of the time" been my problem.
