    Default HID plug and go problem

    So i bought some h4 HID's for my civic. N when they are on low beam setting the high beam light is on, on my dash, then when i turn on my high beams they flicker and shut off.. anyone have this problem?

    i did for my previous car. but it was with the halo light. i turned on my high-beam. and than the light on the gauge flicked on, than it died. than sudnely my driver side high beam didnt work any more lol.

    sounds more like a wiring problem

    double check to make sure no plug in is lose. did you buy the conversion kit of did you just buy the bulb? what temp is the bulb

    I had this problem with my last car that I sold yesterday...if the kit has a relay harness one of the plugs on the relay is wired backwards

    for some reason on my car i had a bad ground and my high beams light came on in the cluster and my blinker was really dim along with driver head light i cut the wire and grouded both sides works fine now no dash light head lights fine!

    I had a shitty kit that did that once. I never got it working properly...ended up taking the highbeam bulb out of the cluster LOL

    Try changing the wires around that go into the adapter the headlight harness plugs into...I have heard of that fixing things. Dont go cutting wires though as you are likely to fuck something up. I would look into Dynamic Sound on here and get a good kit.
