    It actually looks more like the "bully" in question was picking on a girl, and when a guy his size stepped up, the bully sized him up and realized he is too pussy to take on someone about as strong as him and not someone much weaker. I doubt the pants part has anything to do with him actually backing down, because if anything, that'd be one of the things that'd make me want to take on the other guy more, even if he looked a bit bigger than me.
