Default Wiring VTEC on 1994 RS integra

Ok here's the thing, I want to wire Vtec from the shocktower plug. I have it wired from the ECU pinout to the Solenoid but it looks unprofessional..

My question is, Is the 1992-1995 Non vtec shocktower plug the same as 1994-1995 Non vtec shocktower?

    Here is a link

Is OBD1 civic or integra the same?
