I have a blackberry storm that is about 6 months old, works perfect comes with everything you would get when buying new plus a hard plastic case and a $30 holster that puts the phone in sleep or power save when holstered and automatically comes on when removed. DON'T TRY AND LOW BALL OR OFFER LESS THAN ASKING PRICE THE PRICE IS FAIR.

No scratches on the screen but there is slight wear from holster on the bottom so minimal I can't take a picture of it.
