    yeah but before I have a date I wanted to see how many peeps would be interested..... Skiing is a sport so its in here...lol

    as in the other post, i'm up for it if anyone wants to go at any point during the winter. cataloochee/sugar/beech/hawksnest and a few others are all close enough to make an overnight trip out of and well worth the drive.

    also, if anyone is interested in buying their own gear, i'd recommend buying from www.the-house.com because they have great package deals on boards/boots/bindings for snowboards and don't rape you on shipping either. i bought my setup from them a couple years ago, and for the number of times i've been it's already basically paid for itself vs renting every time.

    Maybe, I haven't been skiiing in a few years, so it might be nice.
