    I usually get an intermediate, then with my Hertz or Enterprise card, I can upgrade for free. They sometimes give me another upgrade. They told me this time since they were out of most vehicles, due to the fact I was a day late, he would just give me a Jeep. It's not too bad, but my favorite rental so far was a Subaru Legacy I had in Oklahoma, which I ended up going to Kansas City in it too, (amazing car in the snow!) followed closely by a '10 Maxima I had in California.
