Just goes to show you that you never know who they will make an example of when it comes to illegal downloading of anything. I have been saying this for years. Is it really worth risking being broke the rest of your life for a game or some music or a movie? Not to me.

Downloading one song or streaming a movie isn't a big deal IMO. If I were massively downloading albums and movies all day and never bought anything then yeah maybe I'd worry.

I know what ya mean, it just seems as though every once in a while you hear of someone that randomly gets the shaft. What this guy did though was stupid with an unreleased game.

It happens with Xbox 360 games all the time. I wouldn't be surprised if somebody gets pwned in the wallet soon for that (on top of all the banned Xboxes).

Hell I understand if its LONG after the item has hit theaters/stores. But to upload it to the internet 6 days before it has even hit the market is just purely asking to get fucked. This moron is going to be broke for AWHILE.

this happens to ALL xb360 games, nintendo is just getting screwed over the most b/c modding the wii involves nothing more than having a sd card with some programs on it and clicking a few buttons
