Take some 320 and go over the entire wheel. Clean with soap and water making sure you leave no greasy hand/finger prints behind. Spray a primer if you'd like. Then spray with paint color of choice. Let dry... put on. Or, you can even spray a clear on them as well. Let dry, then bolt on car.

I always get mine from the local Napa Paint supply or pretty much any paint supply place would be your best bet... But u can get sand paper from Wal-Mart and Auto parts stores too, I think....

really easy to do. if your tires are still mounted use some playing cards to stick inbetween the wheel and tire at the bead to keep the paint from getting on the tires. like was said already sand, clean, paint. i did my old wheels in about 3hrs or so. also if you use the cheap paint it will take more to cover the wheels, so buy the little more expensive stuff. here are the ones i did.

I bought two cans of flat white from wal mart $.96 a can.My wheels were a satin black before but i just sanded them down with 400 and cleaned them really good then sprayed them.they turned out pretty good for under $3 but i should have gotten at least four cans or a can of primer or stop being a cheap ass and got a little better paint haha.

i just did a set of rotas. they were spray bomb white and curbed on two of them. so i had to sand pretty heavy to get the gash out. but the others i hit with some 400 wet/dry, tape the tires up, wiped them down with paint prep, and sprayed them thru a gun with single stage. i'm happy with the out come.

for reps, who can tell me what car this color is on. lol

I would go with getting powder coated. It will hold up way better than paint and you can get a set of 4 done for around $100
