Workout bench..like a home gym
I have a workout gym..
You can do squats, bench, curls, pull ups, individual curls, leg excercises.
I mean you can do everything with this. Its a professional workout gym that is all in one.
The dimensions are about 7ft in legnth - 7ft in height and maybe 4ft in width.
The unit comes with about 250lbs of steel weight that can be added to with no problem, the bench, the bars, the hand gribs, a curl bar, dumbell bars, and all the fasteners to hold the weights into place. It has a professional steel rope system and a free weight system. The bench is not built into the unit, but a free floating bench so you can move it anywhere you want to and be comfortable when exercising. You will not need to go to a gym if you have this at home. I promise you.
I paid $700 for this item brand new. Its about 2 years old at my parents house, and they want it gone since the are selling the house.
I want $350 obo.. here are some pics of the thing. The image doesnt do it justice at all, but its similiar to this and is black colored. Sorry you cant really see the image correctly, but I'll get tons of pics this tomorrow and post them up.
The machine unscrews into 3-5 pieces, and is very easy to rebuild. Just make sure you have ample room when you come to pick up. Its still together, and we will undo it for you in front of you if you want to so you can see how it looks. Sorry for the ghetto image..but wanted to give an idea.
$350....I can also show you how many excersizes it can do and how much weight it can hold up if you interested and want to see.
