I'm extemely paranoid about things,all the time that probably dont matter and i know that they probably dont matter and I have really bad anxiety because I'm always worried or worrying about stuff or thinking too much about it until it just consumes my whole day and causes me depression...
what should I do?
Oh btw this is not a joke,i'm serious and its becoming a huge poblem![]()
