Default FS: 2001 Honda Civic 4dr

This car used to belong to my brother in law. He moved back to his country and left me his car for me to sell. I've done a bit of work on it, and it still need a few things here and there to make it a nice reliable daily driver.

    here's the stats:

    YEAR: 2001
    MAKE: Honda
    MODEL: Civic
ENGINE: stock 1.6 or 1.7L vtec engine.
    TRANS: 5 Speed
    MILES: 151,250
TITLE: have title in hand. current Clean GA TITLE with previous salvage history.

    GOOD:
i've changed oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket, both front bearings, new driver's side axle, motor mount inserts, lowered about 1 inch. New angle eye projector headlights, comes with 15" painted Acura LS wheels. Cold air intake, headers, down pipe and catback exhaust with silencer. NO check engine light.

    NEEDS:
overall paintjob, headliner redone, a good cleaning possibly an wheel alignment and some TLC and a driver's side seat buckle (seatbelt is good, but buckle is faulty and works, but makes the SRS light stay on).

Asking $3200 obo (no lawballing please, otherwise your offer will be ignored.)

yeah, it was Andres' car. except i fixed all the mechanical problems it had. now it just needs a paintjob to look good.. but i don't have $$ to get it done.

    Thanks for the bump.

A seat belt buckle makes the srs light come on? And what kind of down pipe does it have on it? Lol

Excuse my limited knowledge of the English language... (the SRS light comes on because of a faulty connection inside the piece in the seat where you connect the seatbelt... it is made out of plastic kind of like in a square form and it has a red button that you click to eject the seatbelt) is that a bit more clear for you??? once you replace that part and reset the SRS light then it should never come back on.

Also, if you are familiar with the new 01-03 civic (4dr lx) models you would know the header is no longer similar to the older civics where the header will come from the engine head and bolt into the cat converter underneat the car). the lx model comes with the cat in the header (builtin) and the header ends right around where the radiator ends too.. therefore needing a down pipe (or however you want to call it... another piece of pipe) that comes from the header down to met with the rest of the exhaust.

None the less... if you are interested in buying this car and you want me to show you what i'm talking about then please give me a call i'll be more than happy to help you understand what i'm saying. if not, i appreciate the time you took to read my post and view my pics but i appreciate if you left it at that.
