Default Paint shop experienced with House of Kolor

Well spring is just around the corner and I am getting a House of Kolor Candy apple red paint job done to my car. The person I used to paint my engine bay moved so i am looking for a paint shop with experience using this paint. Are there any reputable shops in georgia that you guys know of? The car wont be painted until it warms up (2 or 3 months), but I want to find a good shop sooner than later.

    you can hate but,

    I've already built the car.
    It has never been wrecked.
    I already have the paint.
The engine bay is already painted this color.
    paintjob's faded.
Im just waiting until it warms up outside because it's better to paint in warm weather.

So, im pretty sure its going to get painted.

    Any other options besides sprayglo?

    house of color........ ok

i preffer sherwin williams of HOC any day....

all transparent paints and mid coats are similar in the fact that....... jambs are a bitch....

you need lots of light.. (no garage paint job here) and you have to count coats....

some people spray the jambs and then paint the car until the jamb overspray dissapears.... but this can lead to a fucked up candy job.

its very easy to tiger stripe a candy paint job and have shadows...... good luck getting it done cheap as it takes twice the booth time if not more. and a wetsand and buff is a must.

oh and temperature doesnt make a fuck if you buy the right products......

i have clear coat that drys to buff in 9 minutes no matter if it 90 or 40 degrees.

    just sayin

Everyone, I know how much House of Kolor paint jobs cost. And yes, the coats were counted when the engine bay was painted, so we can match the color as good as possible. I am wondering if anyone knows somewhere that has experience with the paint, nothing else.

No, not Maaco. I just got my car done there, and they didn't even put all my shit back together when they were done taking out the dent, so I had to put my wing and my rear interior panel back on myself. They also lost one of my emblems, and didn't attach the other two when they were done and just gave me a bag of bolts too, expecting me to reassemble everything. They left the interior of my car with powdery shit all on the inside, which I guess is sanded primer. Secondly, I had some bumper sticker residue on my trunk and they didn't even sand it off they painted right over it, so you can see where the residue is now embedded into the paint. They didn't attach any of my emblems back and the orange peel is pretty bad on the job they did. Also, their shop must have been dirty cause there are multiple places on my car where there is dust embedded now into my paint. If you think that was a lot, the plastic black stuff was peeling off my mirror, so they didnt sand it off, they just painted over it, now it looks like my driver's side mirror has two layers of paint cause they were too damn lazy to sand it off. And last but not least, they didn't even paint my GSR wing correctly, the bottom of the wing has visible spots where they missed it with spray. Fuckin PATHETIC! Never go to Maaco, period, yes, even the one in Roswell, which is SUPPOSE to have a good reputation, but they're full of shit.

And it took them an entire week to do this shotty ass paintjob, although the paint itself looks nice, there are way way to many imperfections. I could have done it better rolling it on myself with enamel paint, at least I have attention to detail.
