I ended up losing my microsoft office and a few other things that I needed. So, I reinstalled microsoft office and it said that i needed the microsoft service pack. I downloaded the microsoft service pack from the microsoft website. Things ran smoothly for a few weeks. Then recently i decided i'd run the defrag. I tried running in all the save modes and choose the system recovery option, and the same thing would happen, it would just restart. I tried to run the start up beginning with the CDROM drive and had my system recover disc in it. The disc would read but then an error would come up that reads, "These system recovery CDs do NOT support this HP PC model" when I just used this damn CD for the last recovery. Now im stuck with a computer that just keeps on restarting.
Also, when i tried the Directory Services Restore Mode in the microsoft windows recovery console, it gave me the blue screen with
