    Default FS: 1985 Honda Accord *CHEAP*

    Mods, Please do not delete!

    Model: Accord
    Year: 1985
    Condition: fair
    Vin: pictured
    Price: $300 FIRM


    I'll start off by saying, the car DOES run. Carb starting acting up one night and I haven't been driving since. The carb is SHOT! Needs a new one or a rebuild. Will drive but cuts out really bad from low to mid rpms. That is all that seems to be the problem. The transmission is prefect and the clutch is still pretty stout. Exterior of the car is fine. Other than the lip over the rear passenger side tire. Interior has been switched over to factory grey. Does not have headliner or other top pieces. I have them, but I have not installed them. They will come with the car. Since I've had the car I've replaced/done; Oil Change 1500 miles ago, new plugs less than 20 miles on them, new fuel filter, new fuel pump, new/used gas tank, new passenger side headlight, and other simple things like re-painted hood/re-painted bumper, etc. Basically, if you replace the carb, then you got a good running DD or old school project. I just want it out my yard. If its not sold within a couple months, it will be going to the scrap yard.

    Q:Nitrous on stock LS high mileage. Too risky?
    A:IMO nos is like steroids and giving steroids to a grandma doesnt sound all that good to me!
