I have one from a 99 EX.. but I don't know if it'll match. Looks like 99-00 and 96-98 are the matching so it may not work. Let me know though if you know for sure.

I have one off a 98 for $20, but I live on the other side of Rome in Ne Alabama.
I have a brand new one that I replaced about 3 months ago and installed a AEM pulley on it also .....asking 70 for it
