    I use these 3-5 times a day, and WOW what difference it makes. Not only are my teeth whiter, my routine dental cleanings take about half the time they used to.

    i get lazy cause i used the old fashion floss... but i guess if i bout those id do it more often. usually i brush my teeth and gargle with mouth wash

    these things are great, I started using them about 3 years ago, and now every one I work with, and most of my friends use them. It's very addictive, I have them at work, home and in my cars....

    I floss everytime I brush - 2 - 3 times a day. Gotta keep the pearly whites pearly and white. As a side note - any mutherfucker who can't even keep his/her mouth clean needs to be removed from the Earth - for real. You may not win the genetic lottery and have straight and even teeth - but that's no excuse for bad breath and DIRTY teeth. If they are crooked they should at least be clean.

    Do it every other day. Most of the time I'm in a hurry. But I do brush 2-3 times a day and use mouth was every time lol.
