I've decided to sell the Cougar to try and buy a freind's car.
The Good:
-Full leather in great condition
-Heat/air/PS/power everything all work (no keyless entry though)
-New front brakes, rotors, alignment
-RWD V8
-Dark tint
-Alloy rims from factory, decent tread on all tires
-Most of all the car is driven very easily around city roads most of the time.
-Factory alarm
The Bad:
-CEL is on for "catalytic converter below thresh hold". Basically the cat has gone bad.
-Tranny fluid leaks slowly, i check it and add a little once every 10 days or so.
-The suspension makes a rattling sound when going over bumps, no clue what it is but the sounds comes from underneath the car.
-tranny sometimes is a little rough getting into 2nd gear, mainly because of the fluid as mentioned above.
-one of the passenger door hinges is loose and the door "catches" sometimes and doesnt open right away. Just have to lift it a little while opening.
-minor paint swirls, knicks, scratches, etc that daily driven cars have. Nothing very noticeable.
