    Used for about 3 months. Still in great condition. Includes everything it came with (home and car charger, earpiece (unused), and case.

    No. Whatever minutes that were on the phone have long since expired. I haven't used the phone since Feb 2009.

    From what I understand, you just need to buy a card with minutes on it and you are good to go.
