I've been caught but near pleasant hill there is access roads that you caN get away with doing pulls. Roads not connected to the highway for 1-2 miles

Thank you. Yes Spliner picked Dom up in the green Eclipse while Dom was running on foot from the police. Dom hopped in, they drove away and wouldn't you know...
