Selling this as a parts machine but you could fix it and have a nice laptop.
Ive had this laptop for a few years now and it served me well until it started acting up about a year ago. Im selling this as a parts machine, but I believe it only needs a battery, the battery will charge but the laptop will not come on with the battery, it comes on and cuts off immediately. The power and battery lights stay on but it doesnt boot, with the ac in or battery in, or both. Lcd, and motherboard are good as well as most of the case, fans, etc. I did pull my hard drive though, because of personal info on it. This wasnt a cheap laptop it was right at 2k when I got it and still have the receipt for it. Ill take $60 or trade for some Pentax photography equipment, just let me know what ya got, looking for lenses, etc. Its for local pickup only around the Gainesville area. May trade for other stuff too, just let me know what ya got. Thanks in advance. Soldered the charger wires back together so thats good to go, also found a driver disc I made for it and forgot I had, it will come with it.
