if you have a standard radio you need the gmos-lan3 if you have the pioneer system you need the gmos-lan4. as far as steering wheel controls you will need a SWIX, but i thing SWIX makes one specific for alpine. not sure though. Xm you will need to get the xm modual for alpine. cant tell you labor prices but two people on here that i would only go to is John he manages American Radio in Cumming or Justin who is the main installer for Area 41 in Kennesaw both shops sell Alpine so both are qualified to do the job.

also they dont take a standard gm antenna adapter anymore either. They use a new VW style antenna adapter. I used a newer VW antenna adapter and it worked flawless

Yeah, I just sold a GMOS-04 today to a guy with an Excalade. Even at my price, they are $90.

I have those antenna adaptors for $5.

The steering wheel control is SWI-JACK which is for an Alpine.
The XM parts are CNP2000UC and CNPALP. The 2000UC is the brain part, and the CNPALP is the wiring harness for Alpine.

Area 41 is a good place to go since you are on that side....if you are close to, or want to drive to Cumming, then go to American Radio.

no, it's not pioneer, bose, monsoon, or any premium audio. just plain old stock with onstar, so gmos 03.
