    i ran across this video while searching for palm muting techniques as i struggle with them on my acoustic,i wanna play tha funk haha and he makes it look so easy and trust me its not! this guy has a style all his own all i can say is bad assed. enjoy damn im jealous

    He is pretty good at it. There are many better though. I have been trying to learn this style for a while. Bass players have a knack for transferring these techniques over to guitar. Some people don't realize the great bass players play faster than guitarists.

    i was thinkin he was playin alot like a bassist since i tried my hand at that for a while. still interesting to me how he plays

    Yeah it is. He is one of the better ones I've seen. I like the ones that put more melody in it though.

    Hmm Im not sure about that.

    Check this guy out, listen to how many notes he is actually playing when plays it slowly. He was my teacher back when i was in middle school, here in atlanta. He is now somewhat famous and has his own signature guitars.

    yeah but only for fun when i have time, definitely not very serious about it. and i definitely dont play like him lol, i dont even have an electric anymore, only an acoustic. not really interested in the shredding stuff although its impressive.
