    i don't think there's any fast NA car on the street of atlanta..lol..At lease not what i see and hear...but it depend on what you call "fast". there are acouple of decent one...

    what would be considered a fast all motor street car my dad drives the one i built everyday 34 miles to the gallon runs mid twelves thats pretty fast to me full bodied si hatch everything even the spare tire in it.

    252plus hp and 34.5 miles to the gallon all motor. 12.2 at 111

    i wouldn't build an all motor K unless i was planning on about 300whp or more.

    last time at the track it ran 11.61 @ 118. Trans started making some weird noises but still worked.
    currently the motor and trans are out of the car and shell is waiting to go to the body shop.
    not sure when i'll be able to attend another race.
