Default Head unit all of a sudden cut off

so the other day i hit a bump and my headunit's power cuts off. so i took it out and looked at the back of the wiring thinking it was a wire disconnected. Didnt see anything unusual. So i got to the point where i thought it was the headunit just broken and might as well buy a new one. But last night it was flickering on and off saying standby, then would cut off again, then again and again. Wth?? What could it be? im not really good with car audio.

Btw i think the headunit is a kenwood or alpine one of those two.

Yeah, double check your wires. There are only 3 wires you need to look at, the red, yellow, and black. All the others have nothing to do with power.

If you have a multi meter, you can also check to make sure you have good grounds and power leads within the car....
